Last night, 5 of us got together and cooked a French Roast that we bought for $22.
We placed the meat in the oven and set the oven temperature to broil. We cooked each side  for 18 min.

In conclusion: The best American feedlot (grain-fed) meats is inferior to the Uruguay natural grain-finish meats.
